New tombola players aged 18+ get a 100% bonus on a first deposit of £10 or more, up to £50, plus 1 Free Play for every £1 deposited, up to 50. Whatever you win carries no wagering and can be withdrawn; the bonus money itself never can. It’s one welcome for tombola and tombola arcade together, because they share one account.
Significant terms, from the promotion rules: first deposit only, one per account, and you accept the bonus while making that deposit. Free Plays are worth 10p each, on slot games only, and lapse after 7 days. Pay by Visa or Mastercard debit card (General Terms 8.1).
What does a first tombola deposit actually get you?
Worked examples (arithmetic from the promotion rules, not a tested account)
- £10 deposit: 100% × £10 = £10 of bonus money, and £10 × one Free Play for each £1 = 10 Free Plays, worth £1 at 10p.
- £14.99 deposit: £14.99 of bonus money, but 14 Free Plays, because the rules round Free Plays down.
- £20 deposit: £20 of bonus money and 20 Free Plays. That is what tombola’s guide banners call “deposit £20 and play with £40 and 20 free spins”: £20 of your money, £20 of bonus money, and spins that came with the deposit.
- £80 deposit: 100% × £80 is capped at £50, so you get £50 of bonus money and 50 Free Plays, the most the offer gives.
- Winning early: say your £10 deposit wins £30 and you withdraw while all £10 of bonus money is unplayed. The £30 is yours, with nothing to re-stake, but the £10 of bonus money is forfeited at the withdrawal.
Terms beside every example: the bonus can never be withdrawn, is lost on a withdrawal or when the account closes, and can’t be used on the excluded games below.

What does no wagering mean when the bonus isn’t cash?
There’s no play-through target, but you can’t withdraw two of your three balances.
- Cash
- Your deposits and all your winnings, including wins from bonus money or Free Plays: withdrawable from £10.
- Bonus money
- Playable, never withdrawable, and kept off tombola Arcade Roulette, Blackjack, Hamster Race, Quid Games, Squad Games, Slingo, tombola Roulette and all Crash games.
- Free Plays
- 10p spins on slot games, which come with the welcome deposit or as free-game prizes; the arcade listings call them free spins.
The order matters too. The rules spend Free Plays before cash, and cash before bonus money, so an early win grows your cash while the bonus sits untouched, and withdrawing then costs you the bonus.

Which tombola games are free to play?
Three, under the current promotion rules: Free For All, Super Spins and Free Bingo. New players go through age and identity checks before they can play any of them.
- Free For All: once a day, for anyone 18+ with a tombola account, depositing or not. A daily game fills a weekly bingo card from Monday to Sunday; the bingo app listing puts the weekly cash prizes as high as £1,000.
- Super Spins: once a day, for UK residents aged 18+, not players living in the Republic of Ireland. Prizes mix Free Plays, bonus money and cash, up to £1,000 by the arcade listing; playing 7 days running earns a guaranteed prize of Free Plays.
- Free Bingo: sessions at times that vary, UK residents only, with one strip of six tickets a game and fixed One Line, Two Line and Full House prizes paid in real money with no wagering. The games list shows £100 Full House prizes.
In Free For All and Super Spins a prize under £50 arrives as bonus money, which you can play but not withdraw.

Why might a bonus not reach you?
Usually one of these, under the General Terms, the Standard Promotional Terms and the promotion’s own rules, which clause 24.6 ranks in that order.
A second account
A duplicate account loses its bonuses and the winnings made with them (General Terms 7.2).
A promotions exclusion email
If you’ve been excluded from promotions by email, you don’t qualify for new ones. An offer already started still completes.
The entry limit
You’re limited to one entry per promotion.
A safer-gambling restriction
tombola can stop you taking up a new promotion, or completing one, for regulatory reasons, including safer gambling (General Terms 21.2). A self-excluded player receives no bonuses or promotions during the exclusion (19.15).
Still missing?
Contact customer service with the promotion’s name and the day you qualified. Disputes about promotions follow the complaints route on the payments page.

Do free games reward coming back, or winning?
Many of tombola’s offers reward coming back rather than winning: Free For All’s card fills from Monday to Sunday, and a Super Spins streak pays only after 7 days running. Don’t stake extra just to reach a free game or keep a streak going. A Spend Limit caps what you pay in, less what you take out, and it holds on tombola and tombola arcade alike (see the safer gambling page). If free games keep pulling you back, GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline answers free on 0808 8020 133.
