The prize rules differ too. At tombola, a prize won by two players at once is shared, but a jackpot isn’t: each winner gets the full amount. Why is tombola arcade the one sister?
It’s the one other brand on tombola’s licence. The Gambling Commission’s register lists exactly two trading names for tombola (International) Plc, tombola and tombola arcade, and four web addresses: tombola.co.uk, tombola.com, tombolaarcade.co.uk and tombolaarcade.com. Both footers name the company (Gibraltar company no. 105556), clause 1.2 of the General Terms names both websites, and the about page calls the arcade Our sister site

- One account covers tombola.co.uk and tombola arcade, and the welcome is one per tombola account. A promotion taken through more than one account can cost you the winnings and the accounts.
- Sky Bingo
- You play on a Sky Betting & Gaming account, and holding any Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker, Sky Bingo or Sky Casino account already makes you an existing customer, so its welcome is closed to you. You need funds in the account to log in and play, and a chat name before your first game.
- Sun Bingo

How do the new-customer terms compare?
Worked example: a £10 first deposit at each (new customers aged 18+; the arithmetic is this guide’s)
- tombola: accept the bonus while making that first deposit, then 100% × £10 = £10 of bonus money, plus £10 ÷ £1 = 10 Free Plays, each worth 10p on slots and gone after 7 days. Your cash is staked before the bonus, which can’t be withdrawn and is forfeited if you withdraw. Bonus money can’t go on tombola Roulette, tombola Arcade Roulette, Blackjack, Hamster Race, Quid Games, Squad Games, Slingo or any Crash game.
- Sky Bingo: a first £10 paid with a debit card or through Apple Pay, staked in its 3 eligible rooms, brings £20 in bingo tickets, each valued at no more than 10p. Winnings carry no wagering, and the tickets expire 30 days after they’re credited.
- Sun Bingo: the £10 goes on bingo tickets first, then the 4x turnover on the £40 bonus, £40 × 4 = £160, inside 7 days, so £10 + £160 = £170 is staked before the bonus’s pending winnings turn into cash. The £40 itself never does.

What is checked before a first payout?
Your identity, then where the money goes. tombola can run its verification checks at sign-up or at any time after, and money only leaves once they’re complete (General Terms 5.5 and 9.1).
- Its help centre asks for proof of identity once your withdrawals add up to £1,800 in total: a passport or driving licence, or a bank statement or utility bill issued within the past 6 months. Clause 5.3 of the General Terms wants those dated within three months, so a recent one meets both. Checks can still come before that point.
- A withdrawal goes only to your active payment method, and the minimum is £10 (clauses 9.2 and 9.3).
- A card number or expiry date that changed without tombola being told can see transactions declined (clause 9.4).

Do your limits follow you onto tombola arcade?
Yes. Every limit, break or self-exclusion you set on tombola also holds on tombola arcade, as the terms apply each tool to both websites. If a limit feels tight, that’s the tool doing its job, not a reason to look for another site.

Who owns tombola?
Flutter Entertainment, which announced the deal on 18 November 2021, valuing tombola at £402m (enterprise value). iGaming Business reported the deal complete on 11 January 2022, but tombola keeps its own company and licence.
Is tombola licensed in the UK?
Yes. The Gambling Commission has licensed tombola (International) Plc for remote bingo and casino games since 1 November 2014, and the register showed that licence active when it was re-read for this guide.
What is tombola’s record with the regulator?
The register shows one regulatory action: a financial penalty of £184,500, decided on 21 July 2025, for breaches of code provisions on direct electronic consent and self-exclusion, failings the Commission described as isolated. A Commission public statement stays online for 3 years after it’s issued, so an older one may have gone.
Does tombola arcade give 210 free spins?
No. Only 10 of those spins are free. tombola arcade’s app listings give new players a 100% match up to £50 plus a Free Play for each £1 deposited, up to 50, so £10 brings £10 of bonus money and 10 Free Plays, each worth 10p under the promotion rules. A further 200 spins only appear if your £10 and the £10 bonus are counted at an assumed 10p a spin, and that’s your own money and bonus money being staked. Bonus money can never be withdrawn, and winnings carry no wagering.
