Where the tombola facts come from, and what was dropped

tombola (International) Plc holds the Gambling Commission licence behind tombola.co.uk and tombola arcade, active on the register when it was re-read for this release. tombola’s and tombola arcade’s own pages, tombola’s help centre and Sky Bingo’s homepage were read through a UK connection on 12 October 2026. The register, the app listings, Sky’s help pages and the Sun Bingo pages were read directly the same day, and older tombola wording is shown as dated history. An offer or a service detail is shown only from a source read within a fortnight of the check, while a contract term can come from a copy up to a year old.

Which pages were read, and in what form?

The live reads cover tombola’s General Terms and promotion rules, its game pages and bingo guides, the help articles on deposits, withdrawals, ID and self-exclusion, and both sites’ footers, plus tombola’s App Store and Google Play listings. Each was read as the page was served, with nothing clicked beyond a cookie banner.

Earlier editions relied on copies the Internet Archive had already made, between November 2024 and September 2026. Where a guide still cites one, it carries the archive’s own date. Companies House, Gibraltar’s licence lists, Flutter’s pages and news reports were read live in September 2026.

When two of tombola’s documents disagree, you’ll see both rather than one picked quietly. Worked examples are arithmetic from the published rules, and they’re labelled that way.

How old can a fact be before it’s dropped?

A fortnight for an offer or a help-centre detail, a year for a contract term. Payout estimates, payment-method rules and ID triggers change often. The limits, fees, dormancy rules, verification rights and general bonus rules in the General Terms change less.

Help-centre details that earlier editions left out, such as the ID trigger based on total withdrawals, come back only from this release’s live reads, printed as tombola states them and with its right to check at any time beside them. Promotions known only from older copies stay out.

Why is the arcade a sister, when Sky Bingo isn’t?

Two records have to point the same way before a site earns the tombola-sister label on these pages. tombola arcade qualifies because its own footer names tombola (International) Plc as the company that runs it, and the Gambling Commission’s register lists tombola arcade as one of that company’s two trading names and tombolaarcade.co.uk among its four web addresses.

Sharing a parent isn’t enough. Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting and Gaming and PokerStars are Flutter brands, like tombola, but they trade under other companies’ licences, so you’ll find them called group brands here. The homepage sets Sky Bingo, run by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, and Sun Bingo, run by Red Rock Managed Services Limited, beside tombola’s rooms, and labels each an alternative, not a sister.

  • tombola.dk and tombola.se, in footers archived in November 2025 and January 2026, named the same company under Danish and Swedish licences: country versions of tombola, not additional sister brands.
  • tombola.es and tombola.it, in archived copies from 2026, named other tombola companies, tombola International Ceuta S.A. and tombola International Malta Plc, under Spanish and Italian licences, and tombola.nl closed in 2024. None of these addresses is on the British register.

Are these tested results or tombola’s stated rules?

Stated rules. No account was opened, no deposit or withdrawal made and no game played for this guide, so every limit, condition and prize you read here is what tombola’s documents say, with the document named beside it, not an observed result.

You won’t find scores or rankings anywhere on the site. The homepage sets formats and terms side by side without ranking them, there are no affiliate or paid links, and no brand has seen or approved the text.

Which version of the rules counts if they change?

tombola revises its games, offers and General Terms often, so every guide here shows the date its facts were checked. A dispute over a payout or a bonus turns on the edition in force that day: tombola’s complaints team works from it, and IBAS adjudicates by reference to tombola’s terms (clause 20.8). That’s why Sources and check dates lists each document behind a page. A fact that has changed can be reported to info@tombolasistersites.co.uk; once it’s corrected, the page carries the new checked date, as the site terms explain.
